
Manifestation is the concept of visualizing and feeling in the energy as if you already have what you want. You have probably hard about Law of Attraction through social media, books or even friends who have “manifested” amazing things.
But what really is it and how does it really work? In my beginners guide, I will show you exactly how your energy, thoughts and emotions are the key roles in creating your reality, and how you can use the universal powerful law to align yourself with the life you desire.
Why Law of Attraction is the central concept of manifestation.
Manifestation is the outcome. The Law of Attraction is the engine behind it. Your thoughts, emotions and beliefs emit a frequency that reflects a similar energy back to you. I like to say it as “What you send out, will come back to you.” That’s the basic cause-and-effect of manifestation.
It is about turning your thoughts into reality. It is a universal principle that what you put your energy into, whether it is thoughts or emotions you will attract into your life. It’s the energetic blueprint behind how manifestation works. The idea that like attracts like. It means that the energy you send out through your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings is matched by the energy that returns to you.
It is not magic, it is a shift in energy and awareness. Say if you are constantly thinking about how much you are lacking whether it be in money, love, or maybe even time, you are likely attracting more lack.
The opposite will happen if you shift your mindset and believe and put out the positive energy that you have the time and the money and the love you desire. The main principles of Law of Attraction are everything is energy, you attract what you focusing on, your beliefs are shaping your reality, and that the universe is responding to your vibrations. Your thoughts and emotions and everything around you have a vibrational frequency
An example of this is love and joy are high energy emotions, while, fear and anger are low energy. This is good to remember that like attracts like and like and what you are putting out is coming back to you, so you need to always come back to the happy, high-vibe state of mind. What you are giving your attention to is expanding. If you are always dwelling on problems, you are attracting more problems into your reality.
If you focus on solutions, opportunities begin to show up. Your subconscious beliefs are influencing your external reality. If you believe you’re unworthy, you’ll subconsciously block opportunities. Shift your beliefs, and you will begin to shift your life. The Law of Attraction doesn’t just respond to your words. It responds to how you feel. If you say, “I’m rich,” but you are feeling desperate, the universe picks up on your desperation, not your words. Energy is everything.
You need to get clear on what you want and believe it is possible. You need to manifest something specific for example, if you want a new job you will need to define the salary, role and how you want to feel in that position and environment.
Belief is crucial, you cannot have an ounce of doubt or that will become the dominant vibration. You can strengthen your beliefs by visualizing them daily and using affirmations. Fell the emotions of having it and take inspired action to receive.
The secret sauce is to act and feel as though you already have what you desire. When your emotional and energetic state already matches the reality you desire, you’re in vibrational alignment. The Law of Attraction isn’t about sitting on your couch wishing. Take steps that feel aligned with your goal. Follow intuitive nudges and make practical moves. An example of this is if you desire to be more organized yet you take no action and have no process or system to get organized or keep you organized, nothing will come of it.
Let go and trust, detach from how and when your desire will show up. Obsessing creates resistance and reminds you that you do not already have what you are desiring.
Trust the process and allow the universe to do its part. Receive and stay grateful, celebrate small wins. Gratitude keeps your vibration high and tells the universe, “Yes, more of this please!”
Some common Misconceptions About the Law of Attraction are that you must always be positive, its all woo-woo and no science, it’s just daydreaming, if it doesn’t work your doing it wrong. It’s about emotional awareness, not toxic positivity. Feel your feelings, but don’t live in lack or fear.
While LOA is spiritual in nature, it’s also backed by neuroscience concepts like neuroplasticity and the reticular activating system (your brain’s filter that highlights things you focus on). Visualization is a powerful tool, but it’s just one piece to the puzzle.
Real manifestation combines aligned emotion, real-world action, and belief. Sometimes your desire is still on its way. Other times, you’re being redirected to something better. Don’t treat LOA like a vending machine.

Here are some simple Law of Attraction Practices for Beginners. Daily affirmations, visualization, gratitude journaling, scripting and creating a vision board.
Choose 3-5 aligned affirmations that match your goals and/or desires. Say these every morning with the emotion and energy you would feel if you already have it or have just received it (the excitement or joy). Example: “I am worthy of abundance in every area of my life.” Create vivid mental images of your desired outcomes as if they are already real, to attract them into your life.
This technique is used to bridge the gap between your thoughts and your reality. It is like programming your mind to believe in and attract what you are visualizing. Visualization activates the same neural pathways in your brain as if you are actually experiencing the things you are visualizing.
This is probably my favorite way to manifest. Write down 5 things you’re grateful for every day. This shifts your focus from lack to abundance. Write a journal entry as your future self, describing your life as if everything you want has already happened.
Create a vision board by selecting things you desire. You can do this physically by cutting or digitally. This helps so you can constantly view your desires and put the energy and emotion into it.
You’re always manifesting. Your current 3D reality is a reflection of past thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. The difference now is that you can do it consciously.
The Law of Attraction gives you the tools to become the creator, not just the reactor, of your life. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being intentional with your energy and emotions. So start small. Pick one new practice. Be curious.
